Shipping costs

Our products ’shipping is realized by using appropriate packaging, which is suitable for fragile goods. The basic shipping cost is 15.00 euros when the package contains one of the following products:

chandeliers (up to 6 bulbs), lamps, wall lamps and ceiling lights.

In some periods of the year, we offer free shipping, therefore included in the price of the purchased object. The free shipping promotion can only be activated for Italy or for other countries. When the promotion is active, there are banners or texts on the site that communicate the promotion Free Shipping.

Costs also vary according to the items purchased and the number of packages. Some types of objects can have multiple packages.

Murano Lamp Store only ships with 100% Insured express courier in the event of breakage or loss during transport. For Italy we ship with SDA or Bartolino courier, in Europe we ship with Road Europe and DHL courier, for the rest of the world we ship with DHL and FedEX or UPS.

Once the package has left, Murano Lamp Store will send the tracking code via email to the customer so that he can monitor the shipment of the purchased item.

We also offer the possibility to collect the products purchased at our office.

Delivery Times

Our products are all handcrafted and hand-made and some are made to measure. The items may require variable delivery times depending on the model ordered, on average we are between 15 and 25 working days from order confirmation. For customized products or the Cà Rezzonico and Luxury line, times vary from 20 to 45 working days from the time of order.

In all cases, Murano Lamp Store reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons of force majeure. Please note that there may be delays in shipping during promotions and sales.
